Binaural Beats are two different frequencies played simultaneously one in the left ear and one in the right ear creating a tone.

For example let’s say that your left ear receives a frequency of 310 Hz and the right one receives 300 Hz . The frequency that your brain will listen to is the difference between these two.

In our case 10 Hz will be the tone that your brain will listen to and your brainwaves will resonate with the 10 Hz beat.
